bookings & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final treatment cost. Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in loss of deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost.

Late arrivALS

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full treatment experience. Clients arriving late may need to have their treatment shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability. Full treatment charges may still apply.

CONSULTATIONS & MEDICAL INFORMATION

Some treatments require a consultation and patch test before the appointment. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy or skin concerns before treatment. The Glow Sanctuary reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

PATCH TESTING

Patch testing is required for certain treatments and must be completed at least 24–48 hours prior to an appointment where advised.

CHILDREN & GUESTS

To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that clients attend appointments alone unless otherwise agreed.
